Royal Sutton Place
Lawlors were pleased to be associated with the conversion of this historic local landmark.
Royal Sutton Place was built in 1865 and was originally a hotel, in the early 20th century it became the towns council offices and now it has been transformed into 18 luxurious residences whilst maintaining the historic charms and features that the building possesses.
Our works comprised of the internal and external decoration of the building including decoration of many of the buildings intricate original features including decorative timber architraves and panelling, ornate covings and period fireplaces.
