High quality and the ability to meet key handover dates were essential requirements sought by the Main Contractor for this project as the hotel had to remain open throughout the refurbishment works.

Our Company had the leadership skills and resources necessary to undertake the full redecoration works on the project which included:-

• 11 floors of communal corridors and 3 staircases
• 11 Training / Conference rooms
• Restaurant and bar areas
• Back of house staff areas
