Lawlor's are delighted to be awarded the contracts for the refurbishment of several Health Centres.  With works starting imminently is going to be a busy start to the New Year!

We are pleased to announce the successful renewal of our CHAS Premium Plus Accreditation.

Lawlor's are pleased to secure the project to decorate a newly constructed Distribution Unit in Oldbury, Appointed at the eleventh hour by a new Client its now up to Lawlors to 'deliver' to get the decoration works completed on time.

Schools break up and we move in! Having successfully completed refurbishment works at a local school last Summer we have secured further works there for the summer shutdown.  Not satisfied with just one school project we have also secured another school refurbishment - let's hope we get them complete on time and don't get detention!

Quite literally!  Lawlors's have secured the contract to refurbish a fire damaged industrial unit comprising of replacement of the existing roof, removal of a 600sqm Mezzanine floor, new electrical installations and full refurbishment of the office accomodation

At this difficult time Lawlors are proud to be supporting our NHS.  We are currently installing protective screens at a number of NHS units through-out the West Midlands to assist the NHS in protecting their Staff and reducing the spread of Coronavirus

Lawlors have secured the contract to decorate 40 new luxury apartments in the lucrative Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham. 

Lawlors are pleased to be appointed principal contractor for the refurbishment of Glascote Health Centre in Tamworth.  The project involves replacement windows, lighting, sanitaryware, wall and floor finishes and all whilst the Health Centre remains fully operational - let the challenge begin!!!

Lawlors have been appointed to carry out the external refurbishment of Stoke Aldermoor Medical Centre in Coventry.  The works comprise of window replacements, roof repairs, new automated entrance doors, concrete repairs and external redecoration.
