Works included

• Demolition and removal of previous tenants installations
• Professional clean of all internal steelwork, lining panels, fixtures and fittings
• Removal and infill of all floor bolts, repairs to damaged floor surface,  removal of line markings and professional clean of warehouse floor.
• Replacement of all dock doors and level access doors, curtains and associated equipment
• Repair / replacement of damaged cladding, infill of former openings, full industrial clean
• Decoration of structural steelwork
• Refurbishment of two storey office areas including new joinery, suspended ceilings, flooring and redecoration
• Complete Refurbishment of toilet blocks including new wall and floor tiling, sanitaryware, IPS, Cubicles and lighting
• Electrical and Mechanical re-commissioning and associated works
• Concrete yard repairs including repositioning of radius trief kerbing
• Repairs to blockpaving, jetwash, resanding and reinstatement of linemarking
