Lawlors were appointed as Main Contractor to undertake the full refurbishment of this Distribution Unit to bring it up to a letable standard
Works included
- Demolition and removal of previous tenants installations
- Professional clean of all internal steelwork, lining panels, fixtures and fittings
- Removal and infill of all floor bolts, removal of line markings and professional clean of warehouse floor.
- Repair / replacement of dock levellers, curtains, doors and associated equipment
- Repair / replacement of damaged cladding including full industrial clean
- Decoration of structural steelwork
- Refurbishment of two storey office areas including new ceilings, flooring and redecoration
- Refurbishment of toilet blocks including new sanitaryware, lighting, vinyl flooring and redecoration
- Electrical and Mechanical re-commissioning and associated works
- Concrete yard repairs including kerbing
- Repairs to blockpaving, jetwash, resanding and reinstatement of linemarkings
