Lawlors were appointed to undertake a full refurbishment of this distribution unit following a previous tenants occupation
Works included:-
- Demolition and removal of previous tenants two storey mezzanine structure
- Professional clean of all internal steelwork, lining panels, fixtures and fittings
- Removal of floor bolts, line markings and professional clean of warehouse floor to remove all markings
- Repair / replacement of dock levellers, curtains, doors and associated equipment
- Repair / replacement of damaged cladding
- Decoration of structural steelwork
- Refurbishment of two storey office area including new ceilings, flooring, lighting upgrade and decoration
- Electrical and Mechanical recommissioning and associated works.
