Lawlors were appointed to undertake a full refurbishment of this distribution unit following a previous tenants occupation

Works included:-

• Demolition and removal of previous tenants two storey mezzanine structure
• Professional clean of all internal steelwork, lining panels, fixtures and fittings
• Removal of floor bolts, line markings and professional clean of warehouse floor to remove all markings
• Repair / replacement of dock levellers, curtains, doors and associated equipment
• Repair / replacement of damaged cladding
• Decoration of structural steelwork
• Refurbishment of two storey office area including new ceilings, flooring, lighting upgrade and decoration
• Electrical and Mechanical recommissioning and associated works.
